Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment (except credit card payments). The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in the same shipping box as it was delivered in.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Customers only have 48 hours after the delivery to prove the item/s arrived defected or damaged and have 7 days to return the damaged goods to our office.

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Paypal fees, bank transaction fees and alike are not refundable
- In case you payed via credit card and would like a refund, please get in touch with our representative, as direct refunds are unfortunately not possible with our online shop system.
- Automobilist generally does not cover the additional charges for shipping items back, however we are open for suggestions and happy to discuss directly. Please get in touch with our representative.
