When can I expect my order to be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of them being placed. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may take 5-10 working days. For posters reflecting live events, the dispatch may take up to two working weeks.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Please see our shipping rates page for more information. We are required to declare the retail value of all international shipments and your shipment may be subject to a customs/import fee. International customers are responsible for any custom/import fees charged by their country. Check your government’s policies, as each country differs regarding this matter.
How can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders of a value exceeding a certain amount. This amount can be found in the table on the delivery page.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping, you can choose it from the menu when placing your order. If you have any special requirements regarding your package, please contact us via email prior to placing the order. Also, consider that there may be delays during the import/customs inspection.
How do you ship my order?
All posters are rolled in protective tubes for maximum safety while in transit. We always try to find the best method for the shipment of your order. For example, if you are located within the EU, you will receive your package via a courier, and if you are located outside of the EU, you will probably receive your package via the post. Remember that delays can occur during the import/customs inspection.

How can I track my order?
Once your package has shipped, you will be sent tracking details via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t think you’ve received it. Also check the tracking information if you feel your package has been delayed, as sometimes the note from a courier can get lost.
For shipments via post: Once the consignment has been passed to your local post office, you should track it with them. If they don’t offer online tracking, then call them. If you’re still unable to track your package, please get in touch with us. (Tracking may not be available for some countries, e.g the UK and Australia). Remember that delays can occur during the import/customs inspection.
How do you pack the order?
All our products are packaged as safely as possible. Please NEVER accept a package that seems damaged to you. If you think something is wrong, always fill in the ‘damage list’ with the courier or decline to accept the package. If you do happen to accept a damaged package, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement.
How can I pay?
You can either pay with credit card or with your Paypal account.
My credit card payment doesn’t seem to be accepted. What's wrong?
Should you be experiencing payment difficulties via credit card, then please use the PayPal credit card alternative – this allows you to pay by credit card without actually needing a Paypal account. If problems persist, do contact us.
There was an issue with my payment and it took couple of attempts to process. Now I have multiple emails that confirm my purchase, but I only want one order. What shall I do?
Don’t worry. We send out a total of two emails for every order:
- The first email confirms the acknowledgment of your order and confirms the payment of your order.
- The second email is sent as soon as your order is packaged and shipped, and includes your tracking details and invoice.
- Should you receive more emails with a different order number, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
