How do I return something to you?

If you have a problem with your order, inform us as soon as possible (up to 7 days after delivery) via email and we will find a solution for you. If you are returning goods to us, always include your order number in the package.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, because we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Have you received my returned items?

Once we receive an item back from you, we will contact you as soon as we can.

Can I exchange an item instead of requesting a refund?

This is not always possible due to stock levels and the nature of our limited edition products, however if you do want to make this request, please inform us as soon as possible (no later than 7 days after delivery) via email and we will help you find a solution.

Can I get shipping costs back when returning an item?

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We generally do not cover the additional charges for shipping items back, however we are open to suggestions and always happy to discuss your situation directly – so, please get in touch with our representative.
