Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized products, including items featuring custom engraving, personalisation, or made-to-order specifications.
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
